In the past, my self-care was an escape from reality. It was about needing a break from day-to-day life. And it was expensive!!!โฃโฃToday, my approach to self-care has transformed. Itโs no longer about escaping but embracing my life. Itโs about filling my heart with simple, meaningful activities that nurture my well-being:โฃโฃ๐ช๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ: Building strength and resilience, both physically and mentally.โฃโฃ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐ฌ: A soothing ritual that helps me stay connected to my body.โฃโฃ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: Exploring new flavors and experiences that enrich my soul.โฃโฃ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐: Enjoying the small pleasure of a clean, fresh environment.โฃโฃ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ก ๐๐๐: Enhancing my flexibility and relieving tension.โฃโฃ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ : Creating a serene and organized space that brings clarity and peace.โฃโฃThese practices remind me daily that self-care isn't about escaping realityโit's about nurturing a full heart and a balanced life. Simple, intentional, and profoundly satisfying.โฃโฃWhat do you do for self-care?โฃ

Hi Cyndi Lynne again with another example of how practices can change your life. We saved the best for last! My favorite, the practice of Self Care. And specifically the art of saying "no." How does learning to say "no" qualify as self-care when for many of us it can be stress-producing and something we avoid? Because more "nos" mean more "yesses." When you say "no" to something you don't want to do, you have more time and energy to say "yes" to all of the things you want in your life. And what better self-care could there be? If you'd like to learn to say "no" with ease, grace and yes even charm, join us! Click the link below to get instant access to The Heal Your Life Circle. https://bit.ly/3zkRXTo

8 REASONS TO KEEP YOUR LIFE PRIVATE โจ๏ธ 1. If everybody likes you, youโve a problem. You canโt trust anyone with information about your personal life.2. Itโs okay to vibe alone rather than feeling trapped in a room full of strangers. Less people, less drama and more alone time.3. Being private, staying low-key and not telling everyone everything is self-care. 4. You donโt owe anyone any explanation. You start putting yourself and your own happiness first.5. Privacy removes the stress of waiting for validation from others and you no longer care what people think of your life, since they donโt know anything about it.6. Even some of your so-called friends could be gossiping. This alone may be a reason to keep your life as private as possible. 7. You know when to be alone and when to be with others. You know what to say to others and what not to. You know what you want and what you donโt want. Just knowing that youโve a safe outlet can get you out of so many storms.8. Privacy gives you a chance to focus on what really matters.
